These terms govern your use of phantommerchandise.com and any services provided by Phantom Merchandise. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Services

Phantom Merchandise provides merchandise design, sourcing, and production management services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in the proposal or agreement you receive before work begins. Quotes generated by the online estimator are ballpark figures, not binding offers.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your proposal or invoice. Work begins once the agreed deposit or payment is received. Sample costs and shipping are billed as described in your proposal.

Revisions and approvals

Design work includes revisions as described in your engagement. Production begins only after you approve final designs and samples. Because custom merchandise is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once bulk production has started.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets. Upon full payment, you own the final approved designs we create for you. We may photograph and display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Timelines

We work to protect your timeline, but manufacturing and international shipping involve factors outside our control. Estimated timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phantom Merchandise's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.
